Desserts and "A Little Something Sweet"
I bet you wondered what I was going to do with that delicious, creamy Sweet Cashew Cream, that I shared with you the other day. Well, wonder no more.! It’s the perfect topping for Easy Breezy Mint Chocolate Pudding.
Easy Breezy Mint Chocolate Pudding is super easy to make, has only seven ingredients and comes together in about 20 minutes. It’s ridiculously easy! And, you won’t believe the main ingredient! Avocados!…
Sweet Cashew Cream. Have you ever made a recipe that was so simple, yet could be used in so many ways? For me, Sweet Cashew Cream is that recipe. Kind of like a super hero of the Vegan world, Sweet Cashew Cream is super versatile. And, super delicious!…
It probably comes as no big surprise to you that I love to cook. I mean that I REALLY LOVE TO COOK! I cook when I’m happy… I cook when I’m sad… I cook when I’m stressed… I cook when I’m feeling especially blessed. I cook for friends. I cook for family. Sometimes, I cook just for myself. But….drizzle on the Salted Caramel Sauce and you have something really special! Rich. Moist. Decadent. Caramel. Makes you just want to skip the fork and stick a finger in all of that delicious caramel goodness. I freely admit that several samples were consumed while I was doing the photo shoot for this post…all in the name of research, of course!…
I’ve got to admit that I almost didn’t include this post today. As pound cakes go, this one was not quite up to snuff. Yep, it looked pretty good on the outside, but on the inside…….
Meme’s Pound Cake with Fresh Strawberries
If you’ve only had strawberries that you picked up in the produce section of your local grocery store, then you’re missing out on life! There is just something special about standing in a strawberry field in May or June and basking in the smell of sun-ripened strawberries! …
