Sweet Cashew Cream. Have you ever made a recipe that was so simple, yet could be used in so many ways? For me, Sweet Cashew Cream is that recipe. Kind of like a super hero of the Vegan world, Sweet Cashew Cream is super versatile. And, super delicious!
Sweet Cashew Cream is great stirred into a dark, rich cup of coffee. Or, try it in a nice cup of Chai Tea. Ummm. Delicious!
Or, go pick some fresh strawberries. Okay, so I didn’t actually pick these berries myself. But, I did walk to the neighborhood strawberry farm, DJ’s Berry Farm, with my dear hubby and my sweet dog Joshua.
That should count for something! Right?
Slice up the berries and drizzle on some thick, Sweet Cashew Cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours or overnight..drain and rinse before using
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. pure, vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until very smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Depending on the strength of your blender, the smoothness will vary. Refrigerate leftovers.
